What is Thindi Angadi?
Thindi Angadi sells regional Karnataka snacks online, such as jolada rotti, sajje rotti, chutney pudi, masala khara and shenga holige. We find them at the source in Uttara Karnataka and deliver them to selected areas of Bengaluru.
Do you have a store I can visit?
Thindi Angadi is an online-only business. We do not have a store for walk-in visits; we deliver to selected areas of Bengaluru. Our registered office is not a shop.
Do you make the snacks yourselves?
No. We find each snack at the source and buy it from local makers.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver only to the Bengaluru pincodes we serve. Type your pincode at checkout and we tell you straight away whether we deliver there. If we do not yet, you cannot place the order, so you are never charged for something we cannot deliver.
When will my order arrive?
We deliver in the evening. Orders placed before 7 pm are delivered that evening, and orders placed after 7 pm are delivered the next day. Your delivery day is shown at checkout and in your order confirmation.
How much is delivery?
A delivery fee is added to every order and shown in your basket before you pay. It can differ by area, and from time to time we run offers such as free delivery.
How can I pay?
You can pay on delivery, in cash or by UPI, to our delivery partner. When online payment is offered at checkout, it is processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets).
Do I need an account to order?
You log in with a one-time code sent to your email, or with Google. There is no password to remember.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, before we pack it. Write to us as soon as you can with your order number. Once an order is packed or on its way it can no longer be cancelled.
What if my order is damaged or wrong?
Write to us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Our refund page explains exactly how we put it right.
Do the snacks contain allergens?
They may contain or be made near peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, gluten, milk and other allergens. If you have an allergy or a health condition, please check with us before ordering.
