By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them with our Shipping, Refunds and Privacy pages.

Our shop

Thindi Angadi sells regional Karnataka snacks through this website. Product photos are for illustration and the pack may look slightly different. Weights and pack sizes are shown on each product.

Orders and prices

All prices are in Indian rupees. The price and delivery fee shown in your basket at checkout is what you pay.
To place an order you log in with a code sent to your email (or with Google). Your order confirmation and delivery updates go to that email.
An order is accepted when you place it (if you pay on delivery) or when your online payment is confirmed. We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if an item is unavailable, a price was shown by mistake, or we cannot deliver to your address.
Quantities per item are limited so that more customers can enjoy our stock.

Payments

You can pay on delivery, in cash or by UPI, to our delivery partner. If online payment is offered at checkout, it is processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets). We never see or store your card details.

Offers and coupons

Offers and coupons have their own conditions, shown with the offer, such as a minimum order, the products covered, dates and limits on use. One coupon can be used on an order. We can change or withdraw an offer at any time, but not for an order that is already paid.

Your account

You log in with a code sent to your email, or with Google. You are responsible for what happens under your login. Please give accurate details when you order.

Food and allergens

Our snacks may contain or be made near peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, gluten, milk and other allergens. If you have an allergy or a health condition, please check with us before ordering. Store the products as described on the pack and eat them before the date shown.

Acceptable use

Please don’t misuse the website: no attempts to break or overload it, to access other people’s information, or to place false orders.

Our content

The Thindi Angadi name, logo, text and images on this website belong to us or are used with permission. Please don’t copy them without asking.

Liability

We take great care over our food and our service. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by things outside our control, such as weather, strikes, or problems with payment, internet or courier services.

Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction. For anything else, use the Contact page.
