Returns, refunds and cancellations

Our snacks are food, made to be eaten fresh. That shapes how returns work. We want you to be happy, so if something is wrong with your order, tell us and we will make it right.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel an order before we pack it. Write to us as soon as you can with your order number. Once an order is packed or on its way it can no longer be cancelled. If we cancel an order ourselves, for example because an item is out of stock, you get a full refund.

Returns

For food safety and hygiene we cannot take back food items once delivered, and we don’t accept returns because of a change of mind or taste.

Damaged, wrong or spoiled items

If your order arrives damaged, spilled, spoiled, with a missing item or with the wrong item, write to us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and the packaging. After checking, we will, at our choice and as you prefer, send a replacement or refund the amount for the affected items. Reports made after 48 hours may not be accepted.

How refunds are paid

If you paid online, refunds go back to the original payment method (UPI, card, netbanking or wallet) through Razorpay. If you pay on delivery, nothing is charged when you place the order, so a cancelled order costs you nothing; if a refund is due after delivery, we send it by UPI or bank transfer to the details you give us. After a refund is approved it usually reaches you in 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank. If an online payment was taken but your order did not go through, the amount is returned automatically to your account, usually within the same period.

Offers and coupons

If a coupon was used on an order that is refunded, the refund is the amount you actually paid. A coupon used on a cancelled order is not given back unless we say so.
