Your privacy

We collect only what we need to take and deliver your order and to run the shop. We never sell your personal information.

What we collect

Order details: your name, email, mobile number, delivery address, the snacks you order and the payment status.
Your account: if you log in, your email address (or, with Google sign-in, your name and email from Google).
Sign-ups: your WhatsApp number, only if you choose to sign up for snack messages, along with your consent.
On your device: your basket, your login and your mood choices are saved in your browser so the site remembers you. We do not use advertising trackers.
Location: only if you tap “Use my location”, your browser’s coordinates are sent to Open-Meteo to look up the local weather for snack ideas. We do not receive or store them. Otherwise the weather shown is for Bengaluru.

How we use it

To process, deliver and support your orders, and to send you order emails and your login codes.
To prevent fraud and misuse, and to keep our records as the law requires.
To send WhatsApp messages about snacks, only if you signed up. You can stop at any time by replying STOP.

Who we share it with

Only the services that help us run the shop, and only what they need:

Razorpay, if you pay online, takes your payment. Your card or UPI details go to Razorpay and never reach us.
Resend sends our emails.
Google, if you choose to sign in with Google.
Open-Meteo for the weather on the site (it sees the coordinates only if you tap “Use my location”).
Our delivery partners, who see your name, phone number and address so they can deliver.
Authorities, where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed for accounts, tax and legal purposes. Your saved details and addresses stay until you delete your account. Login codes expire after 10 minutes and are stored only in a scrambled form.

Your choices

You can see your orders and saved addresses on the My orders page, remove an address, or delete your account and saved details there. Past orders are kept for our records.
You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or to stop WhatsApp messages, by writing to us.

Security

Orders and logins travel over an encrypted connection. Access to order information is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your login codes to yourself.

Children

The shop is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes and contact

If we change this policy we update the date at the top. For questions, or to raise a complaint about how your information is handled, use the Contact page or the email address in the footer.
